Karsten with instruments...A concert review by Karsten Wagner:

23rd March 2002: Katrin, Christel and I drove to Zwickau with Katrin's car "Sailor 2". We reached the town in East Germany in the afternoon and checked in at SAILOR's hotel. Best thing: The concert hall was right next to the hotel so this time we didn't have to travel anymore.
In the hotel there was an Internet-terminal at the reception, so we had the chance to check our E-mails.... :-)
This time we had a longer SAILOR gig because there was only one more local band in the this very nice concert hall named "Neue Welt". The band's name: "Rockwurst", which means "Rocksausage" in English ;-)
The first band performed from 8:00 pm to 9:20 pm. Then it was time for SAILOR, and they played for 75 minutes this time.
Great gig, great mood! A marvellous SAILOR-party!

A concert review by Katrin Wagner:

It's SAILOR's night on the town again. As usual, the town is quite far away for us, so that we finally reach Zwickau after a 3 1/2 hour drive.
The hotel is right next to the concert hall. At the reception we meet Grant, and Peter and Phil soon join us, too. Peter receives a lot of birthday presents from Christel. In the meantime Rob and Graham are already at the concert hall.
Our friend Wilma is there together with her husband Klaus and little son Kevin.
At 7.45 pm we all go to the concert hall "Neue Welt". The first band "Rockwurst" starts their show at 8 pm. At 9.30 pm it's finally time for SAILOR. This time they are able to perform longer than usual, so that we can finally listen to such great live songs as "Blame It On The Soft Spot" or "Panama" again. (thanks, Rob!) Peter obviously enjoys some of his birthday presents very much, so that he shows his new socks live on stage ;-)
At 11 pm SAILOR finish their show as usual with the "full monty". Then we all go back to the hotel and have a nice time there...
